In June, Rich Cariello, a licensed commercial realtor with Princeton Realty Group, completed a sale for the property located at 2305 Crompond Road in Cortlandt Manor, NY. He didn’t have to look far for a buyer; the purchaser of the two buildings, totaling 18,000 total sf sitting on 1.84 acres, was Bill Volz’s Westchester Chrysler Dodge Jeep – the business adjacent to the sale property.

With easy access to the Taconic and Bear Mountain State Parkways, and US Routes 202 and 6, the property is zoned for HC (Highway Commercial). The Volz Auto Group is planning a possible future expansion of its dealership, but for the next year the present tenants will stay in place.
